Take that, filth!

Notice how the after picture, it's clearly dark out.
I don't work fast, but hey, I got the job done.

Tomorrow, the rest of the house & job hunting.

Also, just to clarify, although my first post was a little somber... I don't plan on making this a sad thing. I'm not depressed, never have been. I'm a happy guy. This is more a motivational thing, so relax.

Blogging, I can do this.

First post, always the hardest.

I'm not gonna bore you with how I've never blogged before, or really ever written anything outside of school for that matter; I'll jump right into the thick of things. I've hit rock bottom. Currently I've been unemployed for 3 months, have used up my life savings paying rent / food, and am going through post-surgery pains from a correctional pectus-excavatum nuss bar procedure. I'll no doubt make a post about the surgery itself, and create sub sections for advice and information on the procedure itself but for now, this is how I need to fix my life.

I used to be a semi-professional snowboarder, and a competitive volleyball player. I'm a university graduate with a degree in Physics. I'm musically inclined and used to play in touring bands. I used to have an excellent paying job. I used to be in great shape.

Now I have none of the things listen above. If for nothing else, this will be my motivation to keep going. This will be my totem to look to and drive me to get back what i used to have, and even more. My ultimate goal, in addition to self-help is to have you, the reader, do better for yourself aswell.

First step, clean my apartment. It's a fucking mess. It's true what they say, y'know: "A messy room leads to a messy life". So here goes nothing.
